- Annual Dues: $150
- Volunteer Requirement: 10 hours/year (tracked quarterly)
- Committee Participation: Required (at least one committee)
- Exhibit Requirement: Minimum 1 exhibit/year
- Eligibility: Full eligibility for all exhibits, leadership roles, and MCOST participation
Who this tier is for:
Members who want full access and are able to contribute time toward keeping the Guild running.
Tier 2: Professional – Sustaining

Members who support the Guild financially when time is limited
- Annual Dues: $400
- Volunteer Requirement: Optional (welcome but not required)
- Committee Participation: Optional (welcome but not required)
- Exhibit Requirement: Minimum 1 exhibit/year
Eligibility:
- Full eligibility for all exhibits and participation in MCOST.
- Not eligible for leadership roles, grants, or Chances for Art or any other reductions in MCOST fees.
Tier 3: Professional - Emerging

Artists building toward full professional participation
- Annual Dues: $100
- Volunteer Requirement: 10 hours/year
- Committee Participation: Encouraged Required
- Exhibit Access: Full access to exhibits, with priority given to Professional members if space is limited
- Emerging artists are encouraged to exhibit regularly as part of professional development
- Summer Salon remains a strongly encouraged, accessible exhibit option
Notes:
- Emerging status may be held for up to two years, after which the member must re-jury to continue
- Exhibit fees remain the same as Professional members
- This tier is intended as a transitional pathway, not a permanent membership category
Tier 4: Student
Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
No automatically recurring payments
- Is a student under age 21
- Is nominated by a member of the Guild
- Is accepted by the Board of Directors
- Is not required to pay any dues or fees.
- Is eligible to exhibit in the “Summer Salon” each year
- May not vote, hold office or exhibit except in the case of a designated exhibit.
- With permission of the sponsoring member, may exhibit at the sponsoring member’s studio during the Martin County Open Studio Tour.
- May assist with Committee duties as assigned by a Committee Chair.
